At Everyday People Coffee & Tea, we want you to love your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-food items or offer replacements for damaged goods. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if your order is not to your satisfaction.

Return Process

    Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your coffee, tea, or accessories.

    Provide Proof

    For items damaged during transit, please attach a clear photograph of the packaging and the product to help us process your claim faster.

  • 3.
    Return Shipping

    If returning a non-perishable item like a mug or brewer, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive your returned gear or verify the damaged shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
